PLEASE USE TINYPNG.COM! Our database has the storage capacity of a hamster’s backpack. We don’t need massive, multi-thousand-pixel monstrosities, just large enough to actually see what’s important. ALL IMAGES MUST BE OF A NAKED DOLL. No wigs. No clothes. Zero excuses. You may include one clothed or wigged photo at the very end, if you must. Make sure the first photo is of the bare naked doll, that’s the preview that shows up on the card. Think of it as the doll’s business card for the database. If at all possible, photograph the doll in front of a solid background, like a blank wall. We don’t need Grandma napping on the couch, or your mom auditioning for MasterChef in the kitchen. Those distractions steal the spotlight from the doll, which is the only thing anyone actually came here to see. You may add a watermark to the photo. Just make sure your mark does not obscure the resin parts. Any harmful content will be edited out, or the database record could be deleted if that proves difficult.
