Hotline operator interest form

If you are interested in answering the phone for a multilingual hotline that offers response and resources to our statewide immigrant community please share your information below. The goal of this hotline is to combat misinformation, manage rumor control, shine light on ICE operations, provide resource referrals, and when local teams are organized - provide rapid response verification & power in situations of crisis. You must have some of the following: bi-lingual language capacity (at minimum conversational, ideally fluency), willingness to support folks in crisis and navigate stressful situations calmly, and excitement to work with a team leading the state forward in a powerful pro-immigrant vision. When you are on duty the calls that come into the hotline are forwarded to your phone or computer through a call center app. We will train monolingual english speakers who have particularly relevant experience and who have time to commit to at least two four hour shifts in a typical week. You will receive training, work with a team, and have a communication thread that supports you in this process.
