It’s built on weekly group coaching calls and a tight-knit group of people who support and challenge each other. This application helps us understand if it’s a strong fit on both sides. It takes just a few minutes. We’re not looking for perfect answers, we’re looking for honesty and a win-win.

We have members from all over the world, and our weekly group calls usually happen around 12pm PT. While we don’t expect perfect attendance, showing up regularly is a big part of what makes this work. If you can’t make 12pm PT calls, please email us to discuss your options.
