Database Author Name Input Form

This will help find your name in the form to add your books. I currently have over 500 names, so there may be double ups when you search for your name, if I've already added it. This is also for the author bio section as well for the future project. All I ask is to please capitalise your initials/name

Author Full Name *

Full author name you use - First & Last name

Last Name (Separate) *

This is purely to be able to FILTER by last name (Last name, First name)
