Milestones are further divided into tasks, ensuring detailed tracking of progress. Tasks are linked to key results to ensure that each defined tasks helps to complete the objective of the plan.

Every task includes multiple actions—a log of the steps taken to complete the task—providing visibility into execution and continuous improvement.

The template also has an application to show an overview of all the ongoing plans. Users can check the milestones and create new tasks or update existing ones. This is also the preferred way for users to add actions to a task and document them.
