The use of this template is straight forward. The first step is setting objectives for your organization. Those objectives mostly take a longer period to be completed. Each objective has multiple key results. A key result determines if an objective is reached or not. Each key result has a current value and a target value. When the target value is - more or less - met, the key result can be considered to be completed.
