Elevate your talent management with this performance review template. The template is designed to track and evaluate staff performance, highlighting those who exceed average scores. For high-performing individuals, the template facilitates a series of additional assessments, each dependent on the outcome of the previous one. This structured approach helps in identifying and nurturing talented staff members within your organization, fostering growth and excellence.

This template allows you to detect talented staff members after the yearly performance reviews. The template supports the following process

  1. Each employee has performance reviews. If the average score of the last 3 years is above 2.5 / 5, then the employee needs to take a potential assessment.
  2. This potential assessment is a list of 12 questions in 4 categories (communication, problem solving, leadership and technical skills). Each question can be answered by Always or Occasionally. If the employee scores 7/12 with at least one score in each category, he proceeds to the next round which is the ability assessment.
  3. The ability assessment has 3 yes / no questions. The employee only passes when the answer to all questions is yes.
  4. The final part is completing the accelerated assessment which is collecting data about the strengths and development possibilities of the employee.

The Employees table holds all this information and assigns a category to each employee. This allows the HR department to quickly detect the employees that are in the accelerated category.

The entire process is supported by an application that is used by the HR department. The application offer a good overview of the assessment that needs to be taken and contains forms to take the assessment.
