Each pillar is assigned specific metrics. Each metric has a number of threshold values to determine if the daily update is excellent, good, needs improvement or is simply unacceptable.

Daily updates are recorded through an application, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry. It also ensures that the inputed result is compared with the threshold values for that metric. The application is set up so that only users with the role of a Department Manager are allowed to enter a daily value.

The SQCDP Display application visualizes the parameters using a coloured dot that matches the category of each daily update. This provides real-time insights into trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
