If you’re a designer, content creator, brand manager, or work in marketing in some capacity, you understand how important it is to ensure a brand is as consistent and professional as possible. As your brand and business expand, so does the size of your digital asset library. It’s not unrealistic for a business or brand to amass hundreds (or even thousands) of digital marketing resources in a short period of time. And managing them can be a problem. This template helps you build and maintain an organized brand asset management database. Keep track of logos, fonts, copy, audio, video, and even the people who created these assets. With this template, the messy task of managing brand assets becomes straightforward and organized.

This template helps your business keep track of all its digital brand assets. It has six tables that will aid in the organization of your company’s branding resources. These tables are Logos, Styles, Graphics, Audio and video, Text snippets, and Creators. To use this template, start by filling in the Creators table with the contact information of every service provider that the business has worked with in the past. The information in this table is linked to records found in other tables. When that’s done, keep recording and uploading every branding resource or asset that the business has at its disposal. Explore and customize the predefined table views to make keeping track of all your digital branding resources easier and more efficient.
