Scheduled maintenance and downtime on June 13, 2024

We have scheduled important maintenance for Thursday, June 13, at 05:00 CEST (20:00 PT). During this time, we will be migrating our servers to enhance Baserow’s reliability. This process is crucial for improving our performance and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. While we’re excited about the improvements this will bring, we also understand that this process might temporarily affect your work.

Here’s what you need to know:

The migration process is expected to take approximately 6 hours. During this period, Baserow will be in read-only mode. This means that signed-up users will be able to view the data but will not be able to edit it or add new data. The improvements made help us to avoid or reduce downtime for future maintenance.

How can I interact with my data during the maintenance?

During the maintenance period, users will not be able to sign in. However, if you are already signed in before the maintenance starts, you will be able to view your data. The API will continue to work but will only support read operations. Similar to API requests, external automations will continue to work but will only support read operations.

Disruption

We understand that this may cause disruptions in your work, and we appreciate your patience during this time. This is our first scheduled maintenance with such extended downtime. We never aim to take our services offline unless absolutely necessary, and in this instance, we have no other choice.

If there are any changes, we’ll publish updates throughout the migration to keep you informed about its progress. Stay tuned to our status page for real-time updates. We will also announce this once the process is complete.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
