We’re excited to announce the release of Baserow 1.30, packed with powerful new features and improvements. This update introduces improved number formatting, HubSpot integration, Excel export, Form View select options, multi-page container, page visibility and several UI enhancements that make Baserow even more user-friendly.
Let’s dive into the key features that make this release special:
Advanced number formatting gives you more control over how numbers are displayed in your tables. You can now customize the appearance of numeric fields with options for decimal places and new display formats.
Key formatting options include:
To configure number formatting:
The HubSpot data sync feature automatically synchronizes information between Baserow and HubSpot CRM, letting you view and manage HubSpot contacts directly in Baserow.
To set up HubSpot contact sync:
Additionally, you can update existing data sync integrations by modifying the sync configurations, including visible fields and sync settings.
The Excel export feature lets you export your Baserow data to Excel format. This provides a simple way to convert your data into a spreadsheet for use in other tools. You can export either an entire table or a specific view.
To export your data to Excel:

icon next to a table/view.This new feature gives you control over which options are displayed in single and multiple select fields when using the Form View. You can customize the available choices to show only specific options, giving you better control over form organization.
To configure select options in Form View:
We’ve revamped the row select modal interface to make linking rows in Baserow more efficient. This update gives you better control and a clearer view when working with related records.
Key improvements include:
Multi-page header and footer elements allow you to create a single container that can be reused across multiple pages.
This feature streamlines your workflow by letting you define a container structure once and apply it consistently throughout your application. It not only saves time but also maintains design consistency. You can choose to display the container:
To add this element, access the elements panel and select ‘Multi-page header’ and/or ‘Multi-page footer’.
The page visibility feature lets you control which user groups can see specific pages in your Baserow applications. This provides more detailed control over page-level permissions, complementing the existing element-level visibility settings.
To set page visibility, navigate to ‘Page Settings’ in the top menu and select the ‘Visibility’ tab. Here you can specify who can view this page:
You can now configure a “Login Page” for your application. When a visitor tries to access a page that requires authentication, they will be redirected to your configured login page.
The date time picker element offers a user-friendly way to input dates and times in your application. Rather than typing dates manually as text strings, users can select dates from a calendar interface. You can configure the element to show or hide the time field and set the date and time format.
To add this element, access the elements panel and select ‘Date time picker’.
Thanks to a community contribution, Korean language support is now available across the Baserow interface, making the platform more accessible to Korean-speaking users.
